High mobility is one of Ahri's strong points being able to blow up squishy targets and get out with her ult makes her deadly on such a small map making her a top pick
Annie's kit is one of the most dangerous of all the champions. Her ability to drop an enemy before they can even start to run. Makes it no surprise she is banned most games.
Early game can sometimes be Azir's biggest flaw. But mid to late game he is one of the most dangerous champs. His ult can change the outcome of any team fight.
Cassio isn't for everyone and does take a significant amount of skill but used correctly she can single handily win any team fight on Twisted Treeline.
Diana has made her way back onto the God Tier list. Although her early game is not the greatest.Her post-6 ability is beyond great. A nightmare for any mage.
Ekko has been dominating the Twisted Treeline since he was introduced.He alone can dominate any game. Defiantly high pick/ban priority.
Karma offers a lot not only to team fights but also to disengage. Her empowered Qs and mobility make up for her short ranged spells.
Lulu is far from an assassin but that does not mean she is not capable of high amounts of damage. Although that is not why lulu is God Tier. Shields, slows, speed buffs this is why Lulu is God Tier.
Morgana has always been a top champion on Twisted Treeline for a long time. Hugh amounts of damage plus strong cc make her a ban/pick priority.

2 Solo Lanes & A Jungler
With the new changes to the jungle mosters plus the addition of the new towers in both lanes. This comp has become once again the standard comp to play and will be seen most games. You will have one top lane in most cases an AD Bruiser like wukong or Darius and one solo bot lane usually an AP Mage Like Cassiopia or Ekko. And of course one player jungling the jungler usually bases his/her pick on what the stategy of the team is going to be.
Solo Botlane With Duo ADC & Support Toplane
This stategy is fairly new to the scene but defaintly took the competitive 3s to the next level. Before the changes to Twisted Treeline towers and jungle this was basically the only strategy being played espeically in the higher ELO divisions. The lanes would go as 2 laners top. Most of the time and adc like Graves or Sivir and a tanky supp like Leona or Braum. Bot lane will consist of an AP mage usually an assassin.

Tiers can be described as a list of Champions based off how strong we feel they are currently. Many champions often climb the tier of fall down because of buffs anf nerfs plus changes to items also effect Tiers in a big way.
